  This was a short but lovely stay, the staff,food and the facilities are second to none.
  
  I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be staying here again.
  
  I must stress that this is a really great place and you won't be disappointed.

  Our best hotel experience in recent years. Excellent room, with a Hot Tub on the balcony overlooking the lake. Fantastic free-to-use Spa, plus they serve and bring to you champagne, as you relax on loungers beside the pool. We spent a lot and look forward to coming again and again. Your staff are amazing!   Lovely hotel and a big room too with great views! Food great but only a small menu breakfast top class ! Staff helpfull, friendly and only a 5 minute walk to the boats

  We used to come here a lot about 10 years ago. Lots of refurbishment has been done, still some to do though. Refurbishment seems to being managed around guests though. Dinner and breakfast lovely, haven't been in the spa so can't comment personally.
